Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/exchange of the product in case of any fitting or quality issues. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on any of our products after sale, unless there is a quality defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the product in perfect condition, we will ship you the exchange product in 2 business days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
